I just wanted to take the time to say a few words about Mike, your technician on the contract. He was very efficient with his time, meaning he didn’t waste any time, you know, with things like chatting on the phone, or to me, or taking breaks. While Mike was very serious about his work, he still came across as very polite and courteous to me, even when he thought I locked him in a stairwell and he thought he couldn’t get out! He was very tolerant of my tardiness every day, and the one thing I noticed that no other contractor has ever done, is clean up after himself with his very own battery operated hand-held vac!

So very thankful for the generator. Power went out again tonight…for only about 30 minutes…but just that fast our alarm was going off for critical levels for the sump pumps. With all the snow and rain I guess the ground is really saturated, and it didn’t take long when the pumps stopped to get to critical levels. Thanks again for getting us all set up! Linda W. 1.18.2012
