Mike Boom
Mike joined the Parkin Electric team as an electrical helper in the summer of 1994 just after graduating from Gresham High School (yes, Gary’s little brother). He had a drive to work and a passion to learn. Mike ran Parkin Electric’s underground electrical division until he became a Journeyman electrician in 2008. Mike currently holds General Journeyman licenses in both Oregon and Washington. As one of Parkin’s senior team members, Mike brings 25 plus years of experience to his Project Manager/Estimator role. In 2017, he completed Kohler generator installation training at Kohler’s factory in Wisconsin. When Mike is not at work, you will find him spending time with his wife and two daughters, sleeping-in, cooking, photography and rockhounding.
